Where Legacy Meets Innovation

Gulf Technologies has been part of the Galveston community since 1984. It began when Eddie Janek and his wife, Doris, founded J&J Telecommunications from their home. Their philosophy was simple: businesses deserved honest advice, dependable support, and a technology partner who genuinely cared about their success.

Justin Nystrom joined the company as a technician in 2010 and spent years working alongside Eddie. During that time, he learned that strong relationships and a commitment to the community mattered just as much as technical expertise. Today, Justin is proud to carry that legacy forward as Gulf Technologies serves more than 200 businesses with a growing range of technology solutions.

Technology has changed dramatically over the past 42 years. Our values have not. We still believe in doing right by our customers, building relationships that last, and supporting the community we call home.
